What is authentic sea glass?

Authentic Sea glass is discarded glass that has been tumbled naturally in the ocean and found on the shore. 

Where did your sea glass come from?

Sea glass was handpicked by the designer in Barbados. 

Do you alter your sea glass or cut it in any way?

No.  Our sea glass jewelry is made with unaltered sea glass the same condition as found on the beach. All of our sea glass in hand wrapped and we do not use drill.

How should you care for sea glass jewelry?

The best way and easiest way to keep all silver jewelry clean is to keep it in an air tight container when not in use.  Air is an oxidant.  Keep your jewelry in zip lock baggies and then in a plastic container with an airtight lid.  It will stay new for a very long time without cleaning.  If you like your silver to remain bright do not wear it while swimming, in the shower or hot tub.

What are the common colors of sea glass?

Common colors of sea glass are white, green and brown. 

What are the rarest colors of sea glass?

Red, orange, black, yellow, cobalt, jadeite and milk glass are the rarest of colors.

What type of metals do you use?

Non-tarnish silver, sterling silver, brass, gunmetal, silver-plated, permanently colored wire, silver-plated copper wire and aluminum.

What are the available necklace sizes?

We offer the following standard necklace lengths: 14 to 24.5 and some 30″ necklaces. Some of our one-of-a-kind necklaces are only available in one size that is stated in the description. Our standard necklace size for one-of-a-kind necklaces is 16.”

What are the available bracelet sizes?

Our bracelets are 8” to 10.” The size is stated in the bracelet description.

Do you accept special requests and custom orders?

Not at the moment.

Can you re-size a bracelet or necklace?

Due to a special design resizing bracelets or necklaces is not possible. We offer some necklaces that are adjustable to your comfort level and stated so in the description.

Do you make repairs?

At CatOnRock, quality and craftsmanship is of our utmost concern. However, jewelry by its very nature is delicate. Please reference your Name, Address, Order Number and Repair Issue. Repairs will be assessed on a case by case basis. Contact help@catonrock.com to set up a repair assessment and authorization. 

You will be provided a Repair Authorization Number which must be clearly labeled on the package.

CatOnRock will repair at no charge any breakage caused by faulty workmanship within 30 days of receipt of purchase. Repairs needed after 30 days or deemed to be caused by misuse will incur a repair charge at the customer’s expense. Repairs will be assessed on an individual basis. Customer is responsible for shipping cost and merchandize should be sent in its original packaging (designer’s box).

What is your return and exchange policy?

If your product arrives to you damaged or does not match the item description of the item you purchased, an exchange will be authorized. Unworn, undamaged merchandise, in original packaging including all tags will be accepted on a limited and subjective basis for a refund or exchange within 14 days of your purchase. CatOnRock holds the right to deny a return or exchange at any time if does not meet the above mentioned criteria. In case of refund neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be repaid. Please email help@catonrock.com for return requests. Please provide your Name, Address, Order Number and Reason for Return.

Shipping Information

Most orders will ship out within 1-2 days of ordering (we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays). We do not ship to P.O. Boxes! Your order will be shipped via standard shipping unless you select an alternative. We offer Standard FREE SHIPPING for orders over $50. Your Shipping Confirmation Email will tell you how you can track your package.

International Shipping

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS are responsible for any custom fees and taxes that your country/government requires upon delivery. US government requires a customs declaration of value form on all parcels leaving the United States. We are not registered to pay international taxes or duties in any place outside the United States - this is 100% international buyer’s responsibility BY LAW. We cannot declare any items you purchase as a gift as it would be illegal.

If orders are returned to us because of an incorrect address or a refusal to pay international duties, it is buyer's responsibility to cover all shipping costs! No shipping refunds will be given for incorrect address or refusal to pay international duties that your country requires!
